I Can Access my Account Manager
If you need to know what your PUID and/or CID number is but do not know how to file it, please read the following page which is hosted on our Knowledge Base centre: http://www.ese-protect.de/kb/index.php?action=topic&id=100 I Can not Access my Account Manager...but have my ESEKeyfile now what? If you can not access the Account Manager for any particular reason, you can find out by doing the below: - Find where your "ESEKeyfile.xml" file is located on your PC, (default path is C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Tactical Ops\System) - Right click on the file and "Open with" Notepad At the top it will display something similar to the below: Code: <ESEKey> <ID AuthName="aRny" PUID="11"> This is the information we will require from you. I Can not Access my Account Manager AND I do not have my ESEKeyfile... now what? If you can not access the Account Manager and do not have your ESEKeyfile (or can not find it) please do the below: - Go to your ESE Installation folder (default path is C:\Program Files\ESE) - Double click and open the file "ESEReg.ini" At the top it will display something similar to the below: Code: [KeyFile] PUID0=11 AUTH0=aRny NOTE: FOR SECURITY REASONS, DO NOT PASTE ANY OTHER INFORMATION FROM the ESEReg.ini OR ESEKeyfile.xml TO YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY OR EVEN THE ESE TEAM OTHER THAN THE AUTH AND PUID.
