Settings
The settings on this tab allow you
to manage multiple accounts.
This way the user can select one of the Authnames from the drop-down menu,
and he doesn't have to re-enter things like the path to his Tactical Ops.exe.
When a different Auth Name is selected, all the other tabs will load the data
belonging to that account.
All of the PUIDs can be found here and are used for the Account Manager, you
also need it when you get "in trouble".
The PUID's and usernames can only be selected after a succesful registration
Accounts:
To help with problem solving, we now show the PUID number relating to each Username in a list format. We will need this PUID when trying to solve queries of any nature for any specific individual.
Operating System:
This notification of your operating system has been added for those unfamiliar with their Operating Systems and version.
If you have any queries or problems, you should always state your Operating System (otherwise known as OS) as it will help us with finding a solution to your problem.
BackUp Keyfile:
Dispite the many warnings during registration, notices on our forums, on news updates, in our Knowledge Base system and in our Windows Help Guide, players are still coming to us stating 'I've lost my keyfile'.
Trust in us, we have heard every excuse! Regardless of Ryhme or Reason, ESE Team charges a small 'Admin fee' to 'returning' your Keyfile to its original state; this is due to the severe complicated backend database and manual labour involved.
We hope with this BIG RED button on the bottom right hand side of the main menu screen, it will stick out like a sore thumb and less people have this 'lost keyfile' problem.
