!! During Open-Beta phase, it will not be possible for individuals to Register their server or Download the Server files from the Account Manager "My Servers" Tab. When these are available to you, ESE Team will be notify everyone accordingly. !!
!! TOSTProtect is NOT compatable with ESE, so delete all references to TOSTProtect from your Server.ini !!
!! Note! Do not use Wordpad.exe we have found in the past this can create problems, we suggest you use NotePad.exe !!
!! Note! References to 'yy' or 'zz', E.G. "TOST44zz" means the latest TOST version available (TOST4413 is latest at time writing this) !!

Update TOST43 to TOST44:
1.) STOP the server
2.) BACKUP your server.ini
3.) CREATE a new folder ./44yy/ in your TOSTFolder
4.) UPLOAD the TOSTFiles in this folder
5.) OPEN your server.ini and edit following lines:
- CHANGE from Paths=../TOST/43/*.u to Paths=../TOST/44xx/*.u
//located under section: [Core.System]
It should look like this:

6.) UPLOAD the server.ini and START the server (some additional lines are added to your Server.ini).
7.) STOP your server again, (as you'll need to change some of the settings added in your Server.ini)..
Note!You'll see some connecting errors in the log file, as the server can't authenticate it self to the TRUSTServer. This is normal.
8.) OPEN the TacticalOps-Server.ini / Server.ini (or other possible file names) with a Text Editor and scroll to the bottom of the file.
Note! Do not use Wordpad.exe we have found in the past this can create problems, we suggest you use NotePad.exe
ESESupport has created a new section at the bottom:
[ESESupport.ESESupport] ServerAccount= ServerPassword=
In the E-Mail you received upon registering your Game Server with ESE, are the missing values for the above settings. Enter the missing values and store them safely !
9.) Start the Game Server and take a look at the log file.
It should contain the following line: ESE-Support: Authentication successful
If this line is shown in your Server Log, everything is OK. If it's not, you have a problem, in which case contact one of the ESE members immediately.
Update TOST44xx to TOST44yy
a.) STOP the server
b.) Create a new folder 44yy in your TOSTFolder
c.) UPLOAD the new TOSTFiles in this new TOSTFolder
d.) Download the server.ini and change this line:
[Core.System] Paths=../TOST/44xx/*.u to [Core.System] Paths=../TOST/44yy/*.u
// this will tell TOST/ESE to look in the new folder path for the latest release files
c.) START the server

- Your Server don't connect with the ESE-Trust-Server, even though the login details are correct.
// Make sure you do not have a space after the ServerAccount and ServicePassword values. // Check that your Server IP + PORT are the same as the one you registered ESE with.
If the logindetails are ok and the IP+PORT are correct, change the following Setting in your Server.ini:
[ESESupport.ESESupport] bFastServerAuth=False
