Maybe you are on IRC Quakenet @ #ESE ... you will see there the new Operator 'ESESupport'.
IF noone of the Staff-Team is on #ESE you can send this new Operator with the command "!ask InserHereYourQuestion" a message.
So ESESupport will open a ticket in the Ticketsystem with your Question and you will get later an answere from ESESupport.
If you leave #ESE - the Ticket will be deleted.
ESESupport is like the old t0stZ0r on #TOST :)

Vielleicht gammelt ihr ja schon im IRC QuakeNet in #ESE rum und habt den neuen Operator 'ESESupport' gesehen :)
Sollte mal keiner aus dem Staff-Team in #ESE sein so könnt ihr dem neuen Operator mit dem command "!ask HierdeineFrage" eien Nachricht hinterlassen.
Die Nachricht wird dann im Ticketsystem aufgenommen und ihr erhaltet dann später eine Antwort auf die Frage.
Solltet ihr jedoch #ESE verlassen, wird auch das Ticket gelöscht.
ESESupport ist wie der alte t0stZ0r aus #TOST :)
